These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7bot platform and all of its associated services. By using our services through the 7bot website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are automatically agreeing to accept these Terms.

Warning: If an account is opened with false information, 7bot reserves the right to cancel it and forfeit the associated balance.

For account verification, 7bot may at any time request a national identity card, proof of date of birth, or other identity-related documents. Failure to cooperate with this verification process may result in account suspension.

Account Management and Security

Ensuring the security of your 7bot account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below strictly:

  • Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
  • Allowing others to use your account is prohibited.
  • If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately via live chat.
  • You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

7bot reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in cases of suspicious activity or security breaches. In such situations, please contact our support team.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following terms apply to financial transactions on 7bot:

Deposit

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
  • Use a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawal requests must be made from a verified account.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
Please Note: In cases of suspicious financial activity, 7bot reserves the right to hold withdrawals and carry out additional verification.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Various types of bonuses and promotional offers are available on the 7bot platform. Accepting these bonuses means you agree to the associated terms.

Welcome Bonus

  • New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
  • To withdraw the bonus, the total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times (10x).
  • Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus validity period, the bonus may be cancelled.

General Bonus Rules

  • Winnings from bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
  • 7bot reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings in cases of bonus abuse.

Gaming Rules

The following rules always apply when playing games on 7bot:

  • All game outcomes are determined through a certified random number generator (RNG) system.
  • If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet may be refunded.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or cheat in any game will result in account cancellation.
  • Betting limits may vary according to the individual rules of each game.
  • Gaining an unfair advantage by using multiple tabs or devices is prohibited.
  • Use of automated software including bots is strictly prohibited.

VIP Program and Cashback

The opportunity to participate in the 7bot VIP program is open to all eligible members. Advancement through VIP levels depends on your activity and participation on the platform.

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Cashback is paid on a set day each week. 7bot will endeavour to give advance notice of any cancellation or change to cashback. VIP level may be reduced if the required activity is not maintained within a specified period.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7bot platform and will result in immediate account cancellation:

  • Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
  • Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform for improper gain.
  • Attempting to hack or intrude into the gaming system.
  • Using multiple accounts to obtain bonus advantages.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities against other members.
  • Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of minors.
  • Abusing promotional offers or applying strategies to gain systematic advantages.
Warning: If an account is cancelled due to prohibited activities, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

In any situation, 7bot's total liability will not exceed the balance held in your account.

Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your 7bot account at any time. To make a request, contact our support team via live chat.

  • Any eligible balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to the Terms.
  • Account closure may be delayed if there are outstanding wagering obligations.
  • In cases of Terms violations, 7bot may close an account without prior notice.

Once an account is cancelled, it may not be possible to recover previous gaming history or transaction records.
